RETURN AND REFUND POLICY — Atelier Matta

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us by email at mariebriatta@gmail.com before the end of the period, indicating your order number. We will inform you of the procedure to follow.

Return conditions
- The poster must be returned in its original condition, unfolded and undamaged.
- The original packaging must be retained.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A product returned damaged, folded or not in its original condition cannot be refunded.

Refund
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product, via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Damaged or defective order upon receipt
If your poster arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 48 hours at mariebriatta@gmail.com with a photo of the package and the product. We will send you a replacement or process a refund, according to your preference, at no cost to you.

Legal guarantees
Regardless of the foregoing, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
